Items Discussed:

1.       Adam passed around Rotary's Group Study Exchange Information sheet.  This information is available on the website: (http://www.rotary.org/foundation/educational/gse/index.html)

2.          Discussed "Tea Party" as a possible fundraiser - 15 people invited in total, each contributing $6.  A total of $90 dollars is raised from each individual that starts by inviting 3 people, those 3 each invite 2, those 2 each invite 1.

3.       School Building - Tanya is waiting for more information.

4.       Soup Kitchen Dinner – We are considering possible dates.  November 27^th is currently booked. 

5.       Band Fundraiser at the Wave - Postponed until next semester.

6.          Rotaract T-shirts - Adam looking into.

7.          Meeting Time - Meetings will be moved to Wednesdays.

8.          Considering various fundraising options to raise money for Rotaract, ideas are welcome.
